Our carer and support staff will make pre-arranged regular visits to your home to help you with your care and support needs. This service is flexible and is designed to meet all of your daily requirements. This includes:

 

Personal care

• Help getting up, getting washed and getting dressed

• Support with continence care

• Help getting undressed and getting in to bed

Medication support

• Support in taking medication at the right time

• Administering medication to those unable to do it themselves

 

Housekeeping help

• General housework for example washing up, vacuuming and doing laundry etc.

• Preparing and cooking meals

Staying healthy

• Support in eating and drinking

• Support to attend health appointments

Sitting service (Day and Night services)

• Support for people living with Dementia

• Support for people living with mental health

• Support for people living with mobility and health issues
