We understand that clients want to have their own life and be independent. We will support you in any areas you may need assistance and still help you retain the sense of independence in your own life. Every package we create is tailored to suit you in every which way possible. We understand that everyone has different needs so no two packages are the same. 

 

Our carers provide one to one full time live in support to help you live independently in your own home.

This includes

• Care and  support after been discharged from hospital

• Care and support after a move from a care home back to your own, or family members home

• Care and  support for couples

• Care and support for young adults at College and University

Our carers will need a room in your home and they will be on call 24 hours a day to help you with all your care and support needs. This allows you to be in total control of how and when your service is delivered.
