Senior workers are experienced care and support workers with additional responsibilities for a small team of care staff. Your duties will include:

• Rota planning

• Making sure changes in client health is written and regularly updated in their care plans

• Writing care plans

• Updating MAR sheets

• Coaching and mentoring staff

• Reporting and acting on issues of poor performance

You MUST HAVE at least three years' experience in care. You MUST be able to drive and have access to your own care.
